Common issues and how to resolve them.
A quote failed or is unavailable
The quote service was temporarily unreachable. Vaelun will not show a fake price — wait a moment and retry. Persistent failures usually mean a temporary upstream outage.
My wallet would not connect
Make sure your wallet extension is unlocked and on a supported family, then retry. If a signature prompt was rejected, you will see a retry state — sign the message to create your session.
I am stuck on Verifying wallet or it says Verification failed
This means the login signature was not completed or verified. Disconnect and sign in again, approving the signature request in your wallet.
My deposit has not shown up
Cross-chain crediting waits for confirmations and can take time depending on the source chain. Confirm the transaction succeeded on the source chain, then allow time for crediting.
The swap button is disabled
Live execution on the raw path is gated during closed beta, so some swap controls are intentionally disabled. This is expected, not an error.
