Short term — prove the path

• Server hardening of the proxy, rate limits, validation, and session binding (done).
• A mainnet dust swap to confirm verifier acceptance — the single gate that unblocks calling any raw-path private swap live.

Mid term — coverage and parity

• Real-wallet smoke for EVM and Solana after the reference family passes.
• Bringing every sign-in family to the same feature depth.
• Extending confidential-account derivation beyond the reference family.
• Adding remaining families to in-intents signing and promoting TON to a sign-in family.
• Getting the browser end-to-end suite green in CI.

Long term — production privacy UX

• Wiring a proven path into a hardened production swap experience with the privacy controls.
• Maturing selective disclosure and audit export.
• A unified cross-chain experience across all supported families.

Each phase depends on the previous one being genuinely green.
